Committee meeting 25 July
We had a successful Committee Meeting Tuesday night, with new members joining!
​We are in the process of creating a Business Plan in our meetings. For us to create the business plan we need to establish what we think is important to the Pwllheli community.
​We discussed our values, what needs to improve in the town, and turned the negatives and positives into objectives on what we need to do to succeed.

We had a successful Committee Meeting last night, with new members joining! We are in the process of putting a Business Plan together in our meetings.

Since raising enough money to put a deposit down for Y Tŵr we have been busy making plans. We've had members of the Building Group visit Y Tŵr to create building plans, floor plans and a vision for the potential of the building.

The Business Group have been busy researching grants and share schemes, we are currently in the process of applying for the schemes.
