Elin Hywel
As North Pwllheli Councillor on Gwynedd County Council and qualified as an accountant, Elin has over 20 years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses of all kinds. Elin has worked on developing projects and enabling business growth in social enterprises, charities, community groups and sustainable businesses across Gwynedd.

Robyn Willimas
Robyn is Operations Manager for Agoriad Cyf, a third sector company based in North Wales that owns and operates several enterprises and social companies. He has worked in education, training and employment for over 20 years.
Originally from Morfa Nefyn he has lived in Pwllheli since 2002 and is keen to do everything possible to develop Y Tŵr as a pub and hotel with community benefits.

Keith Webber
Before moving to Pwllheli in 2020, Keith, spent 37 years helping to run a community theatre, as a volunteer after the local council decided to close it down.
He spent five years as a director of the Community Interest Company and also a few years as Designated Premises Supervisor. He holds a Personal (alcohol) Licence and a Chubb fire warden certificate.
Keith joined the Menter Y Tŵr committee as he was keen to contribute to the local community whilst at the same time, helping to improve the High Street.

As a co-founder and inventor of community initiatives such as Sustrans Ltd, Lon Las programme in Wales, Ty Gwydr/Greenhouse project in Bangor Michael has a broad skills set and a wealth of experience in community, ethical and green strategy projects.

Huw Pennant Jones
Huw has lived in Pwllheli all his life except for 13 years when he served in the merchant navy. He is married to Lowrie and they have two children, Gethin and Shan.
He is a property developer, mainly commercial, and a Director of Pennant Homes Ltd.

Ffion Williams
Ffion was born and raised in Pwllheli and with her husband Robyn is proud to be raising their own family in the town. Ffion has a background of working in Communications and Marketing and community development work. For over 10 years she has enjoyed a job supporting families. She has a clear overview of the challenges facing communities, individuals and families.
Ffion firmly believes Pwllheli has the potential to be the perfect town but Y Tŵr needs to be developed as a hub that will give confidence and energy back to the town.

Megan Pilling
Megan has worked in the marketing industry for three years after graduating from University with a first-class degree.
Megan works as a Marketing Coordinator for the Audi and Volkswagen group and has volunteered to help with the marketing of Menter Y Tŵr as she believes that the town and the community desperately needs something like this to improve the High Street.

Manon Owen
​Working in education for around 30 years and a member of Pwllheli Town Council. Has lived in Pwllheli almost all her life and the town is very close to her heart. Keen to bring community spirit, pride and Welsh community buzz to the town.

Carys Owen
Carys grew up in the village of Llannor, she now lives and works in Pwllheli. Carys is the Director and founder of Steil Cyf, an independent company that designs kitchens and bathrooms and is located on Stryd Fawr Pwllheli.
Carys is a member of 'Be Nesa Llyn', an organisation that offers interest-free loans and mentors young Llyn people who want to venture into business.
Carys is passionate about Pen LlÅ·n and extremely concerned about her town, Pwllheli.

Ann Evans
Originally from Pen Llyn and after having spent many years living in Cardiff, Ann has now returned to the area and settled in Pwllheli.
She has worked in the public sector for over 30 years commissioning and funding educational projects. Ann is eager to contribute to a project that will bring new life to the town.

Indeg Wyn
Indeg is from Pwllheli and her family for generations before. She has three children between the ages of 11 and 6 and it is important to her to secure a future for them in their community.
Indeg has worked as a solicitor in Caernarfon for over 15 years and advises on the legal side of the enterprise.

Annette Ryan
Annette has been a resident of Pwllheli for 20 years and is passionate about making Pwllheli shine once again.
Through her work with young people and thinking about the future of their town, she was inspired to get involved and be part of the exciting community venture of Y Tŵr.
